Returns

• You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Initiate a Return

• Please contact us at guillotine.upgrades@gmail.com to start the return process.

• Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

• We will provide instructions on how and where to send your return.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• If you’d like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
